Who We AreAlphaGrip, Inc. (“AlphaGrip”) is the patent holder of the world’s first handheld, high speed text entry technology. It has designed, developed and is marketing the first embodiment of its technology in the form of a game controller with all the functionality of a keyboard and mouse – the AG-5. Secure OrderingPurchasing an AG-5 on our website is very safe. We are hosted by Yahoo Merchant Solutions, a proven leader in e-commerce, hosting 1 in 8 online stores. All of your personal information including credit card number, name, and address is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer at the checkout so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet. PaymentWe accept Visa™, MasterCard™, Discover™, and The American Express Card™, Credit card payments are processed when the order is ready to ship. We also accept payment via PayPal™. Because PayPal purchases are automatically processed at the time the order, PayPal customers will receive a 10% refund if their Grip is not shipped within 10 days of the order. Sales TaxWe do NOT charge Sales tax UNLESS your order is shipped to a Virginia address. You will only be charged a sales tax on the cost of the product, not on the shipping and handling fees. Because we are located in Fairfax County , VA., all shipments to Virginia addresses are charged at a rate of 5%. Privacy Policy and Credit ReportingAlphaGrip, Inc. protects the privacy of its customers. We share only that data necessary for validation of credit transactions, verification of identity, shipping and billing addresses and obtainment of payment. We currently maintain a mailing list of our customers, but limit communication to issues relating to availability and shipment of product. W e do not share individually identifiable personal data obtained through the order process, other than credit experience, with any other entity. Pricing and Availability PolicyPricing and availability are subject to change without notice. AlphaGrip has no liability in the case of orders arising from typographical errors and reserves the right to cancel any orders without assigning any reasons. Every effort has been made to ensure accuracy of information listed and AlphaGrip is not responsible for any errors contained therein. Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. AlphaGrip reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. If you have any questions about your order, we are glad to answer any questions you might have - feel free to email us at support@alphagrip.com. International OrdersYou may be liable to pay a customs duty, brokerage fee, and/or country tax for which you will be solely responsible. In the event that any custom fees are billed to our shipping account, these fees will be billed to your credit card. To avoid delay in receiving your product from customs, please provide us with a phone number where they can reach you when your product arrives. Shipping charges are calculated during checkout. All prices are in U.S. dollars. If you are a non-US customer, your credit card company should convert your order from U.S. dollars to local currency. Shipping Options and CostWe ship most in-stock orders within 1-3 business days. Out of stock orders are shipped when available. For all orders shipped more than 30-days after the order is placed, the purchase price will be discounted by 10%. Unless otherwise requested, we ship United States Postal Service Priority Mail or FedEx Ground for domestic locations and Global Priority Mail for international locations. If we do not have product in inventory, we will notify you. Your credit card will not be charged until we are about to ship your order to you. The processing of orders purchased via PayPal, however, is outside of our control; PayPal processes orders immediately. Discounts where applicable are provided via partial refunds to purchasers using PayPal. If you call or email us and want to cancel the order before it has been shipped, we will gladly cancel it free of charge. If we have already shipped your items and charged your card you will be required to pay all shipping charges (both to and from your location). We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday. USPS Priority Mail and FedEx Ground normally takes 2-6 business days depending upon distance from Virginia while Global Priority Mail normally takes 6-10 days. All shipped items are insured. Inspect your order when it arrives. Do NOT accept an obviously damaged parcel without a full inspection of the contents. If you receive a damaged item, notify your local post office or FedEx office within 24 hours and contact us at support@alphagrip.com. ReturnsIf you are dissatisfied in any way with your purchase, you have 30 days from the day of receipt of unit to return it for your money back, less shipping.
